I have always wanted one of these knives with a built in cutting board, but was always on the fence. A friend of mine was telling me how much she loves hers so I caved and bought one. WOW. She is right. This is such a handy and powerful little tool. Just look at me being able to easily and evenly slice this onion. I am making stir fry almost every night because of how much I just love using this device – look at my dinner from last night. All the veggies were cut using my new favorite tool – in a weird way I’m eating more healthy because I just want to chop veggies using this device.
Another great feature of this knife is that there is a latch on the handle so that the knife does stay closed when the latch is locked. Very safe!!!

Very sharp. It cuts so easily and smoothly that the items fall downwards neatly instead of shooting off in different directions as with some knives and cutting boards. Easy to squeeze, but does require decent grip strength. Cuts through raw carrots easily, without making a loud chopping sound. I like that I can cut the vegetables directly into a pan without needing a cutting board.

I cut all my vegetables for my salad so easily now it’s a pleasure. I hand wash it so I can’t say much about putting it in the dishwasher but I’m sure that you could, seems to be made very sturdy.

This food chopper is the best one I’ve ever had. It’s not flimsy and doesn’t feel like it’s going to break cutting through something tough. The blade is sharp and stays sharp. I’ve cut anything from chicken to lettuce to a banana and it works perfectly every time. It’s easy enough to just throw right in the dishwasher! I don’t know how I went so long without this chopper, i highly recommend it.
