This cutter is for salami but I have been using it for other foods as well. As long as it fits under the blade and is firm I cut cheese,bread and cold meats. Really like this little gadget.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad and he loved it! The blade is extremely sharp and gets the job done. The only thing I would change is to somehow make it easier to tell how far to put in the sausage stick in order to ensure that you get the same size cut each time…right now, we kind of have to guess. Other than that, it’s a great product!
