I didn’t see any changes or results after putting it on for almost a week but towards the end of the first week/start of the second week my feet started to peel like crazy. I would wear socks to sleep every night and when I took the socks off, pieces of my skin would fall off. Still currently in the peeling process but my feet do not hurt, so you should be fine walking around and be able to do daily tasks without feeling hindered. Only thing is you have to do foot soaks in warm water everyday. I usually soak my feet in hotter water for about half an hour, it’s a very pleasant experience. Just make sure to cover your feet and wear socks!

It tingles and feels fresh. It takes a while to wash off when removing. My feet began to shed a few days later in awkward places so I guess it works. I probably won’t use again though. One hour is quite a long time to wear these things, they feel uncomfortable when walking around in them, and I’m to impatient to sit around in it.
