I’m 5′ and 110. this works well for me, not too comfortable but that helps to remind me to keep my shoulders back and stand up straight. If I use a thin, sleeved shirt underneath, it helps. This has helped with my constant shoulder pain from computer work. I am happy with my purchase.

I have tried many, many different posture correctors in the past and was happy to find this one that has the hook and eyes in the front of garment. This makes it sooooo much easier to put on and take off and is much more comfortable than most. If you have not had success in the past then try this one. It is the only one I can bear to wear for more than a couple of hours at a time. PS. Does not really show under clothes unless you are wearing very fitted tops. For reference I usually wear a size Medium or Large in Tops, I ordered the Large in this and the fit is perfect (and adjustable with 3 hooks and eyes).

It was a little snug, but I believe that was the intention in order to help with support. Comfortable material that’s impossible to see under your clothes.
