I love cream horns! They are hard to find, so we started making them. These molds worked perfectly. They were easy to use and I just put them in the dishwasher to clean.

Well made, thin stainless steel cannoli tubes that are a good size and easy to use. For those that are new to making cannolis like I was, it’s important to oil them well before using them. I coat them with canola oil and put them in 350°F for about 10 to 20 minutes and let them cool before use. This prevents the dough from sticking. The other thing to do is to always use egg white to seal the dough so that shell doesn’t open up in the hot oil. These shells work beautifully. Be careful of the sharp edges when cleaning. Have to reoil every time before use. Great product at a very reasonable price.

These were very easy to use and clean, didn’t need to use the included brush. It was easy to remove the horns from the molds, I had a few that stuck a little but all I had to do was run a knife areound the edge and pinch the mold and they came right off. I think I got some of the egg wash on the mold and that’s why they stuck. Photo only show 4 because we ate the rest, delicious!

I really like this product, used it for the first time, and it worked great. Was very easy to cover it with dough, and perfectly easy to remove when horns were baked. Recommend this molds to anyone who likes to bake and looking for affordable but good quality baking tools.
