I sliced eggplant, squash, and onions, seasoned them, threw them in the bag and had extra room so added some snap peas, mushrooms, and a section of yellow onion. AFTER my chicken was grilled (lots of chicken so no room for bag yet), I put the bag on, about 5 minutes each side. This worked really great, the mesh doesn’t retain heat long so it is easy, after you grill the veggies, to get them out (only the snaps are still hot). My only issue was that I wasn’t very careful when flipping the bag over so some of my veggies landed on top of others and I had to work them back in place. If I had been a big more careful in flipping, this probably wouldn’t have happened. I can honestly say that this is the ONLY way I have ever eaten eggplant and liked it by itself. I highly recommend this for people who grill and who like veggies.

This product is so new to me- I never used or even heard about BBQ bags before. I grilled lots of veggies with this bag, but it is still easy to clean with water! Will buy more later
