I was amazed that the ginger essential oil really did reduce the swelling on both my ankles. I have peripheral neuropathy on my feet, and often times my right ankle swells up more than my left ankle during the day. I rubbed the oil all around the ankles in the evening, and prop up my feet to let the oil get absorbed. The swelling on my ankles actually do get reduced down to their normal size. The ginger oil has a slight gingery odor and is rather pleasant smelling. Works great for me! I ordered the 4-pack as I thought I would go through one bottle rather quickly. Actually, it takes very little oil for each use. There is a plastic dropper embedded in the bottle which restricts the oil from pouring out from the opening. I’m not crazy about the restrictor, but I guess it beats a lot of oil pouring out from the bottle. Worth trying the ginger oil out if your have endima.

I’ve only used it once (received today) but can tell my foot/ankle feels better! I’m 3 months post-op on a broken tibia and circulation is sluggish in my foot. The product smells great and came securely packaged. Very pleased!

I bought this product because I read that ginger is good for circulation issues. I have lymphedema which has caused some bumps on my calves from the ankle up. Two years ago, they opened up and were weeping. I was able to get that all cleared up, but the bumps remained. I have been putting the ginger oil on my legs and ankles twice a day. I think the bumps are going down and my legs do feel good. I really haven’t had any pain associated with this issue, so I can’t honestly say that it helps with the pain. The scent is wonderful. This is my second purchase and I plan to continue using it.
