This cleaver arrives securely packaged and has a high quantity leather sheath. This cleaver is hand foraged from high carbon steel and ease of resharpening. I used it for the first time tonight and was impressed with the weight and sharpness of the blade.This cleaver has a nice balance for slicing with a thick blade you could probably chop down a small tree and slicing up meat and veggies. So I only gripe with this cleaver for camping. One cleaver can take care of your cutting jobs. Will purchase again as a gift for friends.
